An international supply chain company in the West Charlotte area would like to add an additional Shipping Clerk to their growing team. They are looking for a career driven candidate that would like a company they can grow with. This is a temp to hire role where the hours will be Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm with potential overtime. Details are as follows:
- Manage all air import and export
- Inbound and outbound customer calls
- Email documentation
- Ability to review shipping and billing costs
- Manage customer inquiries and issues efficiently
Working hours: M-F 8-5
- Air import and export experience preferred: 2-4 years
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to handle a high stress, fast paced environment
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred, not required
- Ability to work autonomously
