Primary duties (90% of time) include soft selling via incoming and outbound calling to customers who know HVAC Learning Solutions and have done business in the past.
Other duties (10%) include:
-Working with salesforce CRM tool and documenting responses of customer calls
-Setting up new and updating existing customers records in our Learning Management System.
-Educating customers how to navigate the Learning Management System as well as suggesting attending upcoming classes in their area and/or other products that best fit their needs to improve theirs and their employee's skill sets
-Resolving and clarifying any customer issues, including recommending and explaining the best solution to solve their problem. Expediting correction or adjustments, and following up with customer to ensure resolution
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Working hours: M-F 8-5
Call Team Member Skills and Qualifications:
-6 months or more customer service experience
-Sales experience desired
-HS Diploma or GED
-Customer Service skills mandatory, technical skills a plus.
-Additional skills: Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking.
