We currently have an opportunity with a Fortune 100 insurance company located in New Castle, PA. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need a customer support orientated candidate with experience preferably in billing to help the business continue to grow! The position is temp-to-hire and is not a commissioned sales position. This opportunity provides you the chance to learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.

Job Description:

Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume call center, responsible for taking inbound customer calls to process payments and offer billing solutions for homeowner and auto insurance policies. In addition, there may be some interaction with third party vendors with requests to modify lien holder information.

Pay rate: $13.00
Work hours: Monday-Friday 8am-10pm, Sat 8am-8pm, Sunday 11-5, schedules will change every 2 weeks, and come out 2 weeks in advance.

Working hours: 8 AM - 10 PM

Skills:
Ideal Skills and Minimum requirements: A customer focus attitude is essential to the success of this role and Liberty Mutual. Verbal/written communication and problem solving skills. Demonstrated computer and typing skills. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, with call center experience a plus. High school diploma required with college experience preferred. Background check required.
