Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume call center for a Fortune 100 Insurance Company.
Responsible for taking inbound customer calls to process payments and offer billing solutions for homeowner and auto insurance policies.
Interaction with third party vendors with requests to modify lien holder information.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Qualifications and 'call to action':
High School Diploma/GED is required.
