Our Client in Woburn is looking for Front Office Receptionist - Full-time Temp position, may go permanent for the right candidate. $17.00 p/hr M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
The Front Office Receptionist to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
This position provides administrative support to the facilities function as needed, including record-keeping, and file maintenance.

Front Office Functions
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Quickly assess their needs and inform the proper employee of their arrival. Ensure all visitors follow proper check-in/check-out procedures.
Answer phones, direct calls and take messages in a professional tone.
Maintain a clean and orderly reception desk and waiting area.
Manage conference room calendars, addressing any overlap or conflicts.
Provide administrative support to various teams within office.
Support executive assistants and management with as needed tasks.
Manage office supply and bathroom supply inventory; order as needed following proper company protocols.
Oversee vendors such as the shredding services, print services, etc.
Handle overnight and USPS mailings
Point of contact for Facilities vendors if Facilities Manager is unavailable
Qualifications and 'call to action':
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years of previous office experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a plus.
Experience with Google Apps and Calendars.
