Help Desk/Game Master Support for a Large Gaming Company located in the Austin TX area.
You will provide customer service support via a ticket system and by phone. Game Masters assist with in-game issues as well as administrative, account-related, and billing questions. Game Masters provide the personal touch; a way for Gamers to connect with the company itself. This is a fun and different style or customer service - often times Game Masters will respond to tickets with lore-related jokes or conversation and make each experience as unique and positive as possible.
