Our client, a large medical device manufacturer, is looking for a Customer Support Representative for their San Jose, CA location. They have roughly 500 employees at this location in which they service medical companies, doctor offices, and hospitals. They are looking for someone who can handle a fast paced environment, can thoroughly understand their product, and takes the steps necessary to thoroughly build a relationship with each customer. The department consists of roughly 35 other customer service representatives. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
??? Handle a high volume of inbound calls/emails in a timely manner
??? Listen and understand customer requests, questions, and complaints
??? Thoroughly understand the nuances of each medical product to ensure customers have received the correct information regarding their products
??? Opportunities to actively listen and resolve customer issues
??? Process RMA requests daily
??? Consistently meet customer service metrics which includes activities and customer service effectiveness
??? Accurately input data into their ERP system
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
--3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service position
--Experience with SAP is a plus
--Strong ability to actively listen and communicate solutions
--Friendly, upbeat, positive attitude and willing to help
--Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions
--Comfortable to work in high volume and very paste environment
--Excellent prioritizing and time management skills
--Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
--High school diploma or equivalent
--Must be eligible to work in the United States
--Must be 18 years or older
