The Correspondent Lending Loan Purchaser performs the following duties: - Reviews loans from our Correspondent seller for completeness prior to submitting for initial credit review (correspondent seller will not have delegated authority, loans will be submitted for pre-approval); communicates back to the seller if items are missing in order to proceed - Ensures conditions are met prior to purchasing - Works with the correspondent seller, title company and warehouse line to request specified documents.
Verifies accuracy of loan documents, such as TRID, Signatures, Forms, specific dates, timing, etc. - Coordinates with the correspondent seller to arrange time and date for purchasing - Enters numbers and calculates loan interest, principal payment, and impounds - Assembles documents for delivery to the custodial bank for collateral security.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer service driven; responsive to client issues and concerns, both internally and externally
Solid written and verbal skills
TRID and Compliance experience
