Great opportunity to work as a Receptionist for a "start-up" like company in Oakland, CA that promotes from within!

Pay from $15-$18/hr

Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route to correct person
- Scanning of files and converting to electronic database
- Assist customers with inquiries
- Fax and scan documents

Working hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Skills:
Skills and Qualification:
- 2+ years college education
- Customer Service experience
- Technologically Savvy
- Experience with scanning
- Must be a quick learner and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with SAGE software a plus
