Job Description:

A Sales/ Account Manager is needed for many clients of ours in the Alpharetta area. The Sales/ Account Manager will be responsible for developing new strategic customers and driving business relationships. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of sales experience. This is a direct hire position located in the Alpharetta area. Our client is only seeking local talent at this time.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the Sales / Account Manager
?? Grow revenue and profit by hunting for new accounts (i.e. retail stores, craft/hobby shops, drug stores, independent chains) and other photo gift providers (i.e. photographers, stationery stores, wedding planners).
?? Be aggressive in developing a pipeline of new accounts.
?? Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
?? Gain complete knowledge of company products, pricing and procedures.
?? Complete vendor setup forms and sample requests.
?? Communicate with customers regularly to identify: Future product needs, sales opportunities or issues of concern.
?? Advise Senior Vice President-Retail (Sr VP-Retail) Division of actionable or important information to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
?? Prepare and present price quotes to buyers and purchasing agents.
?? Follow-up on promotional programs and email campaigns.
?? Assist in the preparation of sales presentations.
?? Attend industry trade shows and assist with trade show preparations.
?? Support Sr VP-Retail, as requested.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

-Not scared to pickup the phone and talk to decision makers

Qualifications:
Qualifications
?? 1+ years demonstrated revenue generation selling products to businesses, preferably retail chains, drug stores, independent retailers, amusement parks or cruise lines.
?? Bachelor??s degree preferred.
?? Strong knowledge of gross margin, open-to-buy and freight consideration.
?? Excellent verbal and written communication, math, and presentation skills.
?? Strong attention to detail.
?? Demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills.
?? Demonstrated time management and the ability to prioritize workloads
?? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
?? Ability to work independently with initiative, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
?? A positive, professional attitude with all employees and customers.
?? Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, CRM, EDI and business software systems.
?? Experience in the photo industry a plus, NOT required
?? Fluent in Spanish a bonus, NOT required
