Prepares source data for system entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities, work with internal and external parties

o Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.

o Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard

o Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

o Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

o Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.

o Secures information by completing data base backups.

o Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

o Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

o Prepares basic summary reports in Excel

Responsibilities:
??? Acting as a Traffic Department
??? Proactively monitor Transport statuses with 3PL
??? Manage / Escalate exceptions
??? Escalation for In Country Destination teams
??? Create Scorecards by 3PL
??? Relationship w/ 3PL OKAM network
??? Responsible for visibility platform
??? Utilize Shared Service Centers for supplementing missing statuses
??? Mix of Management and Hands on operational work

Working hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Skills:
- -5+ years experience in International Supply Chain and/or freight forwarding Operations
- -Understanding of Supply chain concepts including Order Management, Vendor Management, Origin Logistics, Consolidation, Transportation Mgmt
- -Analytical skills, basic Excel
- -Sea/Air Operational and Customer Service Skills
- -Organized, attention to detail, thoroughness
- - Good energy level

Your skills and experience
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Business
