Hiring for Customer Service/Office Clerks at our client in Lewiston! Office environment, good location and great opportunity to get into a large company!

Pay Rate: $11.00-12.00/hr

Hours:
Monday-Friday, Flexible shift between 7AM-5PM

Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
-Researching and resolving inquiries for bills/services
-Inquiring and referring advanced problems to upper level representatives
-Inbound and outbound calls
-Data entry and computer proficiency required

Working hours: 8 PM - 5 PM

Skills:
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Positive attitude, people person
- Great attendance and work ethic
- Sound analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
