A large utilities company located in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Change Management Consultant II. This position supports Change Management and internal operations communications needed to help meet high impact, departmental goals for the Grid Solutions organization.
Applies all aspects of program/project change management using consistent Change Management methodology and practices including but not limited to:
--Work breakdown, risk/issue management, implementation planning, communication, resistance management and integration with other projects and activities.
--Performs routine change management consultation for projects, processes and change initiatives.
--Supports development and implementation of strategic program engagement approaches.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
--Demonstrated strong leadership skills: negotiation, conflict management skills, influencing skills, ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback
--Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in
--Ability to adapt and change as business needs change.
--Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Education: Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
--Proficiency of Microsoft Office products.
--Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication and group presentation skills.
