We have immediate openings for customer service representatives for a well established organization in the Mendota heights area. This position will entail working in a call center environment, coordinating between customers, vendors and manufacturers meeting the needs of the customers and their orders. This position will be answering questions in regards to products, entering orders, resolving customer issues, coordinating with field service, and managing any special projects assigned by management. This position will require high attention to detail, being personable to customers and the ability to learn new systems and products. The hours for the position will be Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30 pm, will offer $16/hr and will be temp to hire. If you are interested in the role please submit your resume to

Assisting customers with orders
Resolving any inquiries and finding resolutions
Entering orders
Coordinating with vendors on customer specifications and products

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Detail orientated
Proficient with MS office Suite
Ability to work in fast paced environment

1-3 years of customer service experience
High School or GED
