Location: Brand new facility in Burlington, MA, right off the highway and close to the Burlington Mall, shops and restaurants. The building has an onsite cafeteria and gym available to all employees.
Schedule: Monday - Friday days, full-time

As the administrative assistant you will work to coordinate responsibilities among the property services team. You will also directly support the Head of Real Estate and Property Services. Responsibilities include: reviewing and analyzing financial statements, scheduling travel, managing expense reports, and supporting all business needs within the department. Successful candidates will be able to take action with little direction with an action and team oriented approach.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:
As an ideal candidate you will have-
--A proactive and action oriented approach
--Learning agility and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
--High attention to detail and strong organization skills
--Strong team collaboration abilities, but also the ability to work independently on your own without direction
--Experience with managing travel arrangements through Concur
--Oracle experience preferred

Qualifications:
For consideration you must have??
?? A minimum of 3+ years of prior experience in a related role
?? A high school diploma or equivalent
?? Experience reviewing and analyzing financials
?? Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
