The Customer Service role is within a call center that receives primarily inbound calls. They receive an average of 50 calls that can vary from transferring a call to looking up orders that customers have questions with. Very supporting team that works well together and enjoys their position.- We are looking for someone to work 9-6, Monday to Friday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a multi-line telephone system
Represent the company successfully when customers call in
Use critical thinking in order to manage difficult customers
Document and log all interactions with customers
Support team members as part of the team
Location: Hoffman Estates
Pay: $16, Temp to hire
Schedule: Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
2+ years within a customer service role
Great communication skills
Enjoy working with a team but comfortable working independently
Bachelor's degree necessary
