Hiring a Human Resources Analyst to support various HR and recruiting functions who possesses strong operational experience and high attention to detail. Great opportunity to serve a large client and is based in a professional environment, located in the exciting Buckhead/Lennox area of Atlanta. Previous HR or hiring, onboarding, back office operational experience preferred. A summary of the job includes:
Audit and review all new hire paper work in RedCarpet Onboarding. Produce department reports by pulling data from OpenHire, RedCarpet, JDE and other systems as required.
Assist the HRSC Department with all functions including the automated recruiting and onboarding systems, creating employee job code numbers using JDE, criminal background screening, post-offer physicals, drug screens, employee referrals and pre-hire assessment processes.
Audit every new hire package in the automated hiring and onboarding systems for all Rollins hires
Stop the hiring process if prescreens and policy documents are missing or non-complaint. Communicate to hiring managers the reason the process was stopped and coach managers on how to become compliant
Process employee referrals; ensure the employee meets requirements, follow-up as required; provide completed forms to Payroll for processing
Answer calls and emails within 2 hours; respond to questions regarding HRSC Policies and Procedures in accordance with Rollins policy
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, i.e., Recruiting Dashboard and Recruiting Summary Reports as well as ad hoc report requests
Work as a back-up to all HRSC functions which requires a basic understanding of the entire new hire process, i.e., creating employee numbers, new hire paperwork, pre-hire assessments, post-offer physicals, drug screens and background screens.
Become proficient in the use of the automated recruiting & onboarding systems and JDE
Handle periodic projects as required, Top Workplaces, Veteran Recognition, etc.
Provide human resources support with complete confidentiality and discretion
Assist with processing check requests, budget tracking and other department administrative duties
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft skills
Two (2) years of work experience, preferably in recruiting and onboarding
Two (2) years??? experience with computer software utilized in human resource data collection and analysis, including the report writing features of the software.
