The French Speaking Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients, customers (internal and external) and third parties via telephone, email, and fax.-Assists the manager to maintain compliance with client's program specifications and company policies and procedures.- Manage communications proactively to ensure the most effective and timely service is provided.- May be required to assist with and/or perform all work assignments generally performed by other hourly employees (Account Specialists, Claims Processors, Data Entry Clerks, and Shippers). May also assist with special projects and the preparation of reports.
Responsible for acting as backup to the Account Specialist and must be able to perform all Account Specialist duties, when requested.- Position is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
--Basic PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, and Excel.-
--General mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills.
--Basic understanding of accounting principles.
--Minimum of one year work experience in customer service or related field is desired.
--Must be fluent in French as well as have the ability to write in French
- Organizational skills and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
