An established freight forwarding company is looking for a professional Marketing/ Administrative Assistant to assist with marketing activities and general administrative duties.
Will update the company and employee websites. Will create promotional collateral for the company and update the the collateral as needed. Will support a C-level manager with calendar management, appointment schedule and correspondence (both email and letters.) Will act as the initial contact for callers and visitors. Will create and maintain customer lists. Will provide various administrative duties as needed.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
*Minimum 3 years experience.
*Associates degree or equivalent in work experience.
*Previous experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) , Adobe or equivalent graphics programs.
*Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
*Ability to multi task, prioritize and complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
