Are you looking for a new, long-term opportunity in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience managing others? Do you have Full Charge Bookkeeper experience? If you answered yes to these questions, then you may be a fit for an Office Manager role with our distribution client.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you would be responsible for supervising 3 other departmental employees. Your tasks would include the maintenance of monthly financials and accounting, including: P&L Statements, General Ledger, Bank and Credit Reconciliation, etc???

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:
--Ability to multi-task
--Ability to supervise others
--Willingness to go the extra mile and help out in other departments when needed
--Willingness to speak up and be a contributing member of a team

Qualifications:
--Bookkeeper Experience Required
--Bachelor???s Degree Required
--Previous Experience with ERP Systems Required (Microsoft Dynamics GP Preferred)
--Knowledge of Tax Code and Tax Laws as it relates to Bookkeeping practices
--Previous experience in Supervision/Management Roles
