The Randstad in Marietta is looking for a part-time office assistant. This is a temporary position, working between the hours of 9 AM-2 PM or 10 AM to 3 PM, totaling 20 hours/week. The position is paying $13-$14/hour. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or office assistant role is required. Please see the position duties below.
-Work with vendors to order office supplies
-Route calls to appropriate contacts
-Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 9 AM - 2 PM
-Great verbal and oral communication skills
-Confident and outgoing personality and character
-Has worked with confidential information previously
-Strong work ethic
-1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant
-Knowledgeable of Microsoft office: Word, Excel
