Randstad is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the New Castle area to work in a High volume Call Center for a Fortune 100 insurance company.
Responsible for taking inbound calls to process customer payments, answer customer questions & provide billing solutions. Must be dedicated to resolving the customer's inquiries accurately and efficiently, to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied with our products and services. Prior Customer Service experience in fast paced environment is necessary; Call Center experience preferred; Must possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to review, record & organize data while speaking on the phone.
Pay Rate: $13 Per Hour
Monday-Sunday; Hours Vary
Working hours: 8 AM - 9 PM
High School diploma or equivalent necessary
2+ Years of Call Center Experience Required
Demonstrated computer and typing skills
Strong Microsoft suite experience (Outlook, Excel etc)
Billing Experience is a Plus
Excellent communication skills
