Pay Rate: $16hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm (must be available for 8 hour shift in between 8am-8pm)
Training: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
-This position is for an entry-level support staff in Customer Service, who works on routine tasks under moderate supervision. He or she provides basic support to clients by responding to customer inquiries and answering, documenting, and monitoring call center interactions.
-Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
-Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Call Center exp is a plus but not required
-HS Diploma or equivalent required
-Customer service experience
-Computer/keyboarding proficiency and the ability to follow defined policies and protocols required. Knowledge of company products, services and benefits preferred.
-Excellent customer service telephone skills, Ability to solve problems and analyze complex situations under pressure
-Must be able to work independently and have critical thinking skills
-Must have good communication skills & phone manners
