The candidate will be working with three other administrative assistants that report directly to the project manager. -Processing Purchase Orders
-Processing Change Orders
-Preparing and Processing
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Solid Customer Service/Office Experience Required (In Construction is a PLUS!)
Excellent Office Suite Skills
-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent Prioritization and Organizational Skills
-Ability to Hit Deadlines and Manage Multiple Projects
-Must be Able to Follow Written or Oral Instructions
-Ability to Work Independently and With a Team
-Previous Construction Skills a plus!
