This dynamic person will answer consumer questions regarding appliances, primarily via phone. While Customer Service is our primary function, we have unique sales opportunities for most calls where your ability to sell will earn you commission based bonuses on top of your hourly rate. High performers earn the opportunity to receive pay increases after three months. This position is full-time (40 hours per week). This is a temp to hire position. Answer inbound calls, emails and chat. Schedule service, minor trouble shooting, and offer extended warranties all while maintaining a valued customer relationship.
Working hours: 8 AM - 8 PM
- One year customer service experience
- Call center experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate computer skills and Windows experience
- Keyboard proficiency (35 wpm)
- Problem solving ability
