A medium-sized company right outside of Uptown Charlotte is looking to add an additional payroll/accounting clerk to add to their team. This is a growing organization with a lot of room for career advancement. The hours would be Monday-Friday 8-5. This is a temp to hire role.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 180-200 employees
- Manually enter benefits into Excel
- Journal Entries
- Financial Analysis
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
- 4-5 years of payroll & general accounting experience
- Knowledge of ADP preferred, not required
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of payroll laws, garnishments, etc.
- Ability to work independently
