One of our top clients in the Pikesville area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Finance VP. Prior experience/education in Finance is preferred.
-Planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities
-Coordinating and prioritizing daily appointments and business obligations
-Maintaining executive's calendar, screen incoming telephone calls, manage call back list
-Coordinate meetings, arrange conference calls??
-Create, organize and maintain files
-Read and route incoming mail, including email
-Compose and format documentation, including transaction summaries (loans, joint venture deals)
-Create and maintain spreadsheets, work flow documents
-Prepare presentation materials and reports
-Schedule and make travel arrangements (domestic)
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
-3-5 years' experience working in an accounting environment or relevant experience
-Ability to multitask/prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Impeccable proofreading and editing skills
-A high degree of business sense
-Excellent calendar management skills in Outlook
-Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
