Randstad is currently looking for a Administrative Assistants for frequent temporary roles. These positions are ideal for someone with 2 - 3 years of experience working as a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Counter Person.
These positions entail:
Answering multi-line phone system.
Greeting visitors and customers and directing them to the appropriate location.
Learning product knowledge.
Assisting with general office duties.
Duties vary by temporary assignment. Normally basic office skills are all that is required, with some software proficiency.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Microsoft Office is a plus. Typing. Answering multi-line phone system.
