Our client, located in Nashville, TN currently has an opening for a Call Center Representative!
Candidates will work in an inbound call center setting
Candidates will review, research and resolve inquiries received via telephone or written correspondence regarding provider contracting status and responsibilities, corporate communications, licensure, business structure, reimbursement, credentialing and updates to policies and procedures.
Receive inbound telephone calls or paper and electronic claims forms from Members and Providers
Resolve issues for Members, Providers, Brokers and Group Administrators
Working hours: 7 AM - 10 PM
Must be well spoken
Customer Service oriented
Ability to multi-task
Previous experience in a call center setting
