Job Description:

  • Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service to the company's internal and external customers


  • Research requests regarding various product aspects, policy provisions, claim status, administrative procedures, etc. and track responses to ensure completion
  • Efficiently access and navigate multiple electronic systems to provide a complete and integrated response to the customers inquiry or to meet customers needs
  • Prepares correspondence to be provided to claimant and medical providers to facilitate claim review
  • Performs a variety of tasks requiring critical thinking and research skills

Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM


  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Data entry


  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Perform job responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and high quality service skills
