The Randstad in Marietta is looking for a customer service representative with SAP and order processing experience. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent, working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and is paying $14-$15/hour.

Role Description:
Upholding a consistent and positive customer service representation when interacting with customers as well as ensuring that all orders are properly written and entered into our company system. Resolution of both product and service problems and collecting and analyzing customer information in service reports for management up keeping.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
-Reports to the Customer Service General Manager and/or direct supervisor of assigned region(s).
-Receives customer request or inquires via telephone or email.
-Analyses requests, transactions, adjustments, and records of customers in assigned region(s).
-Provides information requested by customers or reroutes requested information to the proper
contact.
-Traces order status in collaboration with the Logistics department.
-Resolves customer inquiries, questions to related orders.
-Receives, documents, and enters orders as requested.
-Serves as a liaison with other departments for proper order completion.
-Coordinates with customers for orders, catalog mailings, samples ordering, and price quotations as
required.
-Building and maintain customer relations for general data and order up keeping.
-Obtain knowledge of product line, pricing, delivery schedules, logistical objectives, marketing
services and promotions, and miscellaneous data.
-Classify information according to content or purpose
-Use oral or written communication techniques
-Ability to use MS Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Maintain records, reports, or files
-Manage inventories or supplies
-Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:
Education and Work Experience:
-High School/G.E.D educational level
-One (1) to two (2) years of customer service training and experience are necessary.
