An insurance company is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant. The assignment will last 6 to 8 weeks depending on the office needs.

Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls
-Sort and distribute mail
-Act as liaison between the client and claims adjuster
-Input data from claim reports and verify insurance

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:
Requirements:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
-Must be organized, detail oriented and have excellent multitasking abilities
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
