A firm in the Malvern area is currently seeking a receptionist for a temporary to hire opportunity. The hours for the position are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. The compensation for this position will be $15 per hour. Please see below for duties and qualification.
- Greeting our customers and clients
- Facilitate meetings and calendars
- Promptly and professionally answer phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Responsible for keeping lobby and office clean and organized
- Monitor office supplies and inventory to order as needed
- Administrative tasks as needed
Working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- High school diploma required
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line phone system
- Ability to work independently
