Call Center Representative Inbound
This positions primary focus is managing incoming calls, developing brand identity with new and existing customers as well as classifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. This candidate should be comfortable taking 100-150 calls a day.
Will be responsible for greeting customers via phone, email, live chat and or social media. This role is responsible for answering questions on pricing, anything pertaining to orders as well as minor install issues. They will also collaborate with other departments to respond to customer questions and make sure customers are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
This candidate should have exceptional customer service, phone skills, approachable, support and willingness to assist others.
This candidate should be very comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel as well as computer skills for web chats.
