Our client, in Nashua, NH, has an immediate open for a General Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling for vendor or maintenance appointments and have a background in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Location: Nashua, NH
Hours: 25-30 hours/week. Flexible schedule between hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
- Scheduling vendor for preventative maintenance and service
- Data Entry (inputting client contracts into company database)
- Ordering parts
- Entering reports into system
- Work daily in MS Excel
Working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
- Intermediate MS Excel skills required
- Ideally, requested a scheduling background
- Prefers a background in manufacturing or production
- Flexible schedule
