Administrative Assistant (Executive)

Interviews are being conducted for an exciting position with a real estate analytics software company in midtown Manhattan. The role of the Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Executive Vice President of Global Business Development and Sales. This opening is a great growth opportunity with an international organization that is one of the leaders in its field. If you are looking for a career change, have 2-4 years of executive Administration experience, and ready to join a rapidly growing company - this could be your next big opportunity!

Responsibilities:
??? Coordinating travel
??? Heavy calendar management
??? Supporting the day to day business
??? Correspondence, expense reports, event and meeting planning

Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience putting together presentations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
College Degree
Experience putting together presentations
3+ year's administrative experience
