Customer Service Entry Level
We are looking for candidates who want to use their top-notch communication skills to serve as a solution provider to customers. This position will entail a possibility of working from home after 90 days of training/employment. Sounds pretty good, right?! We are looking for people who have displayed work longevity and have call center/ customer service experience.
- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Serving as a solution provider to customers to ensure their needs are being met
- Logging information into the computer system for accurate files
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Must have ability to multitask between different computer programs
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone
- More than a year at current/previous employer
- Proven track record of call center experience
- Strong attention to detail
