Client Relations Associate
What you'll be doing:
Customers call into our call center and speak to our customer service team. You'll answer their questions about financial products and services. You'll be much more than just part of a call center, you'll be a technical subject matter expert (paid training provided) who helps retain and grow our customer base. Our client, located off of the 101 and Raintree in Scottsdale, is one of the world's largest investment companies, known for its client-first focus, high ethical standards, and collaborative, team-oriented culture. The position we're hiring for has been designated temp-to-hire.

1.Develops basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products and services, the overall financial services industry through classroom training, on-the-job training, and self study.
2.Provides high quality client service across Institutional Participant Services by responding to participant phone inquiries and providing account and plan information from various information systems.
3.Providing fund and investment performance information to participants by phone.
4.Responding to plan participant inquiries pertaining to certain legal, regulatory, and tax-related issues through verbal and written communication.
5.Identifying routine participant needs/problems with urgency, professionalism, and efficiency; determining alternative solutions; resolving the problem using current workflow procedures.
6.Initiating transactions for participants including loans and withdrawals.
7.Working with the various areas of the Institutional Investor Group Division to enhance overall quality and workflow efficiencies.
8.Providing industry knowledge to fund performance and retirement investing.
9.Performs other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7 AM - 6 PM
-Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
-Desire and motivation to obtain Financial Licensing - Series 6/63 (Company Paid)
-Outstanding positive attitude
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
-Keen attention to detail
-Superior communication skills
Hours: 8:30-5:00 during training (two weeks), with a compressed flex schedule after that, ranging from shifts starting as early as 7:00 and ending as late as 6:30.
After you're done with training, you will be asked to work a compressed flex schedule: 4 days each week within M-F that start as early as 7:00 a.m. and end as late as 6:30 p.m.
