A well-established company in the Sorrento Valley area is looking for a receptionist with minimum 1 year of receptionist experience to handle high volume of incoming calls from customers and other inquiries and to provide general administrative support. You will be assisting with checking in guests, mail distribution and creating badges.
-- Answering high volume of incoming calls and transferring calls to the right person
-- Receiving packages and mail and distributing them accordingly
-- Greeting guests and vendors and creating badges
-- Assisting with administrative projects
-- Keeping front desk area organized at all times
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
-- 1 to 2+ years of reception experience with multiple lines or combination of education and experience
-- Must have good communication skills (written and verbal)
-- Solid data entry skills
-- Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-- Comfortable with general office, and supporting different departments
-- Ability to navigate the internet efficiently
-- Spanish a plus but successful candidate need not be bilingual
--Education: High School or higher preferred
This is a temporary position with possibility for hire.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
