Call Center Representative Inbound
Respond to a large volume of calls that enter the servicing area.
Requires the ability to handle several calls at once and take concise and accurate messages.
Must be able to function in a professional and efficient manner.
Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts.
Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Working hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
1 year of Call Center experience is required.
Financial Industry experience is highly preferred.
