This is a receptionist position working inside of a medical office.
Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents - File and maintain records
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries - Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents
Pick up and deliver mail for the department
Proofread typed material for grammatical spelling and mathematical errors.
Operate all office machines and duplication equipment.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Qualified candidates should have:
Prior non-clinical healthcare experience
