Part-Time Office Clerical/Data Entry
Do you have a positive attitude and cheerful disposition? Are you a self-starter and
have a superb ability to pay attention to details? If so, we are looking for you. We're
hiring an office clerk to join the team for a small family owned freight
company in the west side of Jacksonville.
As an office clerk you will be responsible for general clerical functions
including correspondence, mail distribution, supply ordering and filing. You will help
maintain complex schedules, prepare reports and presentations and prepare for
meetings. You will also maintain office equipment and supplies. Excel, Microsoft Word
and Powerpoint skills will be critical to success in this role.
Working hours: 8 AM - 12 PM
Strong document control skills
Strong technical computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office/MS Word (intermediate level), Excel (intermediate level), Outlook
Ability to operate typical office equipment (copiers, fax machines, postage meter, etc.)
Superior written communication and proofreading skills mandatory
Superior demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
Excellent telephone skills
