Responsible to help support the daily operations of sales support services.
Monitor email and help enter new opportunities into Salesforce.com, timely and accurately.
Identify any gaps in requests and work with client to obtain missing information.
Track progress of analytic requests and ensure timely delivery.
Package reports and deliver on time to client and provide exceptional client service.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tool a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills.
Associates degree or higher required.
1 year of Sales Admin or related experience is required.
