1. Account Set-up Entry
2. Enter and add attachment to purchase order
3. Administer email/phone inquiries from Vendors
4. Assist with billing questions
5. Communicate timely information and inquiries with Account Executive
6. Make sure all artwork is sent over and specifications are attached
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Must have a Bachelor's, a positive can-co attitude, and excellent customer service skills.- You will be assisting the Account Manager by entering orders, communicating with vendors, expediting orders, and reviewing order to endure proper pricing and delivery schedule.
