Manufacturing Administrative Assistant

Our client, a well established manufacturing firm in the Conshohocken, PA area, is currently seeking a Manufacturing Administrative Assistant for a Temp-Hire opportunity. Candidates for this role will have experience working in manufacturing but can also handle the administrative tasks required. The hours for this opportunity will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The compensation for this position will range, depending on experience, between $16-20/Hour. Please see below for duties and qualifications.

- Coordinate and schedule millwork orders into production
- Monitor program schedules
- Assist Project Managers and Shop Supervisors with producing quality products based upon customer specifications
- Handle day to day administrative tasks in the division
- Act as liaison between production control and manufacturing
- Interface with clients to complete tasks
- Make corrections to documents as based on client specifications
- Prepare all documents to place orders into production
- Assist in communications with client regarding accounts, orders, billing, and shipping

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

- 3+ years of production experience, preferably in kitchen/bath or millwork industry
- 3+ years of administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual contributor
