Randstad is currently working with a family owned freight company to fill an office manager position. This role is an excellent long term move for the right person. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting functions as well as office and administration, and be interested in joining a dynamic and friendly work environment. Tenure at previous companies and interest in this type of role is a must!! The salary ranges from $47,000 - $50,000 annually based on experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Act as first point of contact for all customer questions or concerns
-Manage payroll in Paychex for 80+ employees
-Monitor automatic invoicing system to be certain all are complete and correct
-Manage incoming foot traffic
-Coordinate meetings, assist in administrative/project tasks as needed
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
-Experience in the MS Office Suite
-Tenure at previous positions - 5+ years at each
-Experience with accounting functions and office management
