Administrative Assistant Business operaations

We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who can provide support to the outside operations manager. The Company is a leading camera and studio equipment rental company who has an awesome work environment with a friendly and creative team of staff. The client is looking to interview candidate immediately. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Pay range is $20-$22/hour. This position requires the Administrative Assistant to be flexible to work remotely from home on the weekends if needed and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities:
-Establish and maintain accurate record keeping and documentation of accounting information via record keeping modalities
-Establish/maintain a system to process orders, administer shipping logistics and order tracking information.
-Assist in inventory control and manufacturing process forecasting of all equipment rentals
-Drafts financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports and forms as requested
-Independently composes reports and correspondence
-Arranges, participates in, and implements, as directed, conferences and committee meetings
-Signs in behalf of superior, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers, and other forms of consequence
-By assignment, manage day to day operations
-Organize and maintain files and records
-Book travel arrangements
-Performs related duties as assigned

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Occasional overtime hours and flexibility on weekends!!

Qualifications:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires intermittent standing, walking, bending, kneeling or stooping. This position will require intermittent lifting or moving items not over 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
