This is a long-term, temporary (open ended) assignment that may offer you a chance to convert to full-time, permanent employment in the future.

Responsibilities:
This is a mid level, individual contributor position within the Purchasing and Payables team and is considered to be a support administrator type of role. He/she will help to resolve issues that impact payments and serve as the main point of contact for the Purchasing and Payables helpdesk inquiries. Responsibilities include researching and resolving aged vouchers and exceptions timely and accurately, documenting the status throughout the resolution process. Research third party supplier and internal employee help desk inquiries via the appropriate channel (i.e. e-mail, phone, in-person meeting). Participate in supplier meetings prior to contract execution to ensure suppliers fully understand our clients invoicing requirements. Identifies, recommends, and implements process changes that lead to more accurate, consistent and efficient processes using internal concepts and tools. No processing of payments is required as this is considered to provide research and analytical support for the Purchasing and Payables team.

Working hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum two years related work experience, with Accounting or Finance experience preferred.
