We are looking for an office coordinator to fill a temporary-to-hire assignment in Newark, CA!
The ideal candidate will be great at customer service, a fast learner and computer literate.
Hours- M-F 8AM-5PM
In this role you will be answer incoming customer inquiries and working to find resolutions that are acceptable to all parties.
Phone and email correspondence with customers and co-workers
Answering incoming calls
Handling routine and escalated customer service calls
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
The following skills are required:
Solid Work Ethic
Punctual and Dependable
Able to de-escalate client issues and remain courteous while handling customer service needs from irritated clients
1-3 Years of successful Customer Service or related experience
Must have the skills listed above in order to be successful in this role
