Help Desk Representative
We're looking for a Technical Support guru to provide tier 1 diagnostic technical support of servers, storage, networking switches, and routers.
-Triage incoming customer calls for technical issues
-Assist the customer by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues
-Develop an understanding of Dell products, service offerings, and departmental structure to help connect customers with the appropriate resources
-Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
Working hours: 6 AM - 8 PM
-Proficient typing skills (30+ words per minute)
-Dependable attendance is a requirement of the job
-Basic knowledge of RAID and Servers is preferred
-A+ or Server+ Certification
-Call center experience
